~ Martial Art Qigong - for enhancing power in fighting and self defence
~ Religious Qigong - for spiritual enlightment
Qigong was invented to help people to keep healthy without herbs and needles (acupuncture) etc. Medical Qigong is a way of affecting and directing Qi for medical benerfit using movements, breathing, sound and visualization.
