Stress
causes discomfort to a person physically, mentally, through thoughts, speech,
actions and environment. Each person handles stress at different degree. While
some are easily stressed, others take it easier. Why is it so...? It depends on
each individual perception.
If
we are on the STRESS mode most of the time, our health will deteriorate. Immune
system will be low.
If we want
to reduce stressed, first we have to change our perception
(reprogram your thought pattern) Use an affirmation.
